Stacey Harris is the Chief Research Officer and Managing Partner of research and advisory firm Sapient Insights Group and the author of the book Introduction to HR Technology: Understanding How to Use Technology to Improve Performance and Processes. A respected global industry analyst and researcher focused on HR and Business outcomes; she oversees the esteemed Annual HR Systems Survey and White Paper, published for over 25 years. Host of the renowned HR Huddle podcast: Spilling the Tea on HR Tech, she’s a frequent speaker at events in the U.S. and abroad and has been included in Human Resource Executive® and the HR Technology Conference’s Top 100 HR Tech Influencers list.  

Stacey holds MA and BA degrees in Education and Communications and is a certified Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) from IHRIM.

Tamra Miller
Benefits Manager, Ingevity
Tamra Miller is the Benefits Manager at Ingevity and has been on that team for the past 8 years. Through a diverse, talented, and experienced team, Ingevity develops, manufactures, and brings to market solutions that help customers solve complex problems and make the world more sustainable. Ingevity operates 13 plants around the world, employs approximately 1,700 people, and works with 5 unions. As the Benefits Manager, Tamra oversees all aspects of their benefits strategy including H&W, retirement, engagement, integrations, and more.
