Parentaly | Weekly Source: Allison Whalen
Recently on the Weekly Source, we interviewed Allison Whalen, Co-founder and CEO at Parentaly. Allison started Parentaly after experiencing her own first parental leave – she couldn’t believe how difficult it was to return and wanted to make a change in the industry.
Allison explains that “90% of problems that arise during the return to work period are due to a lack of planning before leave. In order to fix this, you have to focus on pre-planning before leave. 7 out of 10 employees who go through Parentaly’s program say they are more likely to stay with their employer because of the program.”
For Parentaly, it all comes down to solving the question: “How can you partner before and after leave to ensure that the manager and employee are aligned on career trajectory and heading in the same direction?”
PlanSource is proud to have Parentaly in our Partner Marketplace! Tune into the conversation to discover how Parentaly is breaking barriers in the parental leave and benefits technology industry.
