In our recent Weekly Source interview, we spoke with Josh Reinhard, VP of Sales at PTO Exchange. Their goal is to allow the employee to maximize the value of their PTO hours or days towards things that matter to them. Josh explains, “it could be towards their benefits, causes, or other personal preferences the employee has. It gives the employee more choice and flexibility on how they use this part of their compensation.”
Josh breaks down that “employees are using 30% less PTO than they were in 2018 or 2019. That causes frustration when employees feel squeezed to use the time that they earned.” PTO Exchange’s solution plays into the benefits flexibility and employee retention strategy to make employees happy.
